Gigi Hadid’s Makeup Artist: Erin Parsons

Gigi Hadid’s Hair Stylist: Bryce Scarlett

Let’s get started with her hair. Bryce Scarlet mentioned that her hair was inspired from Lauren Hutton and here is what he had to say about it:

“For her red carpet look, Gigi was wearing a gorgeous white lace gown that had a sexy 70’s vibe, and wanted her hair to reflect that too. We took inspiration from Lauren Hutton and went for brushed back curls that would look glamorous, but still effortless.”

“To get a lot of volume, I used the ghd Air Hairdryer, £99 and the ghd Natural Bristle Radial Brush (size 4), £20, blowing out her hair up and away from the face. Once it was dry, I sprayed some thickening spray and backcombed it through. Since we wanted big voluminous curls, I used the ghd Curve Soft Curl Tong, £120 to curl her hair. The one and a quarter inch barrel creates nice, bouncy curls, which was exactly what we were going for. Once her hair was curled, I brushed her hair back to soften the look, giving it a more relaxed vibe. I teased the top for a little extra volume and used the ghd Platinum Styler, £165 to touch it up and get rid of any flyaways. Then, I set it all with hairspray.”

Now lets try and break down her Makeup look so that you guys can create this for the Christmas or for simply any other party!

To recreate Gigi Hadid’s makeup look, all you need to do is apply Maybelline Fit Me Matte Foundation which I have reviewed in depth HERE. This foundation will give you a matte look without sucking the moisture out of your skin and is perfect for a night out.

Now you could start with the contouring and apply the Master Contour V Shape which is one of the new products from Maybelline, you could draw your deeper contour with this followed by the Master Sculpt Palette for a more powdery finish for the cheeks.

Once you are done with the face, move to the eyes and apply colours of your choice from the Maybelline the Blushed Nudes Palette. Gigi used the browns mainly. For eyebrows, use the Maybelline Master Brow Palette and use this to get eyebrows that could rock the entire night. For lips use the Maybelline Colour Sensational in a colour of your choice, one that suits your own complexion or if you want Gigi’s look completely, use the colour mentioned above. Finish off by using the Master Strobing Stick, which I personally am dying to try.

And Voila! You are done!
